New Year New Me. Yes admittedly this is on rotation, but I actually feel excited this year to begin this.
To be completely honest, I am not planning on any huge changes to my exercise schedule, I truly don’t believe I could fit any more in, but when it comes to my ahem……..snacking habits……….well.
So 2018 will be a case of finally writing a food diary for my personal trainer, something I have virtually embarked on a career in avoidance up to now, but alas, what a shock at my gluttony when I jot down the small stuff (cue marzipan chunks in the baking cupboard from this years Christmas Cake…….I’m so sorry).
I may dip back into the world of boiling hot Yoga, the mega calorie burn and new found bendy’ness is too much a temptation and makes me flirt briefly with being a Yogi.
So, my weekends are ofcourse sacred (read…… spent driving lots of children to lots of matches), but midweek my days start with a good dose of the gym combining PT sessions, posture and circuits classes and a lot of time well spent on the netball court. If I’m somewhere abroad like New York or Miami, I head out running – who doesn’t love the Miami South Beach boardwalk for people watching!
